This server is down almost 2 weeks and it never go up again but in the game is up, what's happening?

It seems like it is probably a firewall issue. Will you open the port in your firewall and check again?

I don't understand your question,can you explain me how i need to do??, please.I have rcon and i have admin but what i need to do in the server or in the main screen of counter strike?

I try to scan the server and i try to desactive the firewall but nothing, any recomendation?

Are you hosting this from home? If so, has your IP changed? Do you need to portforward in any router you may be using?
If you're hosting with a server provider, you may want to try contacting them to take a quick look for you.
