Is there a way to get game server stats in a JSON format? I see the premium xml offer, but I was wondering if there was a way for JSON. If not, is it okay if I strip data from the webpage, and convert it to JSON?

GT does not currently offer a JSON data feed format.

While we won't be able to provide any sort of support for you with scraping the page for data, you can do that. If your web server gets blocked due to frequent / excessive requests usage, we won't be able to assist with that.

Your best be would be to post in http://www.gametracker.com/forums/forum.php?site=1&thread=42543 with a description and sample of what you'd be looking for. While there are no immediate plans to add additional API features, GT is always considering better banners and API features.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

What's the maximum interval for scrapings I would be able to get away with?

I'm not entirely sure. I'd say every couple minutes would probably be fine.
