@xoreyo - GameTracker does not get a query response from your server using query port 27016. Perhaps your firewall is blocking the port? You may need to update your firewall, or contact your game server provider.

There is some more helpful information in this thread:

see "GameTracker cannot scan my server."

Best regards.

@broowno - GameTracker does not get a query response from your server using query port 27016. I know that you had mentioned previously that your firewall has been configured properly, but you may want to double check it. I would recommend checking your ARMA3 server settings too.

Ok, check done, but same problem. Can you try now? I turned off the firewall.

Hello again,

There still does not appear to be a response from your server. You can update your query port and rescan your server on this page:

http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/92.222.8.43:2302/manage/

Enter the query port in the text field at the top, then click "UPDATE SCANNING PARAMETERS" to scan.

Best regards.

Hi,

I have updated one of my servers in the manage area, 23.82.46.34:2302

But I have another on the same ip 23.82.46.34:2320, but is won't let me update the query port of 27016, because the other one is already set to 27016

You'll need to use different query ports for servers on the same IP address.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

With the Arma Update from 30 June 2014, the configured query port does not seem to work anymore. The server is up and running (with players). This is it:

http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/5.9.10.150:2302/

I tested configuring the following ports:
2302
2305
8766
27016
27616
27816

but the message is allways "Could not scan server".

In the serverside config file, the steam ports are configured as

steamPort = 8766;
steamQueryPort = 27016;

Did I miss something? Why is the server showing up "dead"?

Regards,
Johnny

It looks like the ARMA3 devs have changed the ARMA3 query ports.

http://dev.arma3.com/post/spotrep-00028

* The Steam query network port is now fixed to be always +1 in relation to the game network port (e.g. a server hosted via port 3202, has its Steam query port at 3203)

* Removed: Ability to define a custom Steam query port on servers

Your query port is now 2303.
