Because, yesterday, my server was %90 full (HISTORICAL DATA shows) but this morning, our rank didn't change enough. 942 > 936. Other servers are less full than our server. But their rank was changed well. Please, fix this problem.

I don't see a problem. Rank is in relation to other servers and it does not get better in a linear fashion.
