My server stats for Dethklok AirJerr Disappeared off the top list for the BF2142 Dethklok server in the last few days and now says 0 min and 0 hrs... Any idea what happened to it or who I contact to fix it??

Please contact the server owner to determine why they reset your stats.

Thank you for your reply. I am admin on the server. How can someone even make my character zero out?? This is the 2nd time this has happened to characters of mine. Isn't that information stored by Gametracker not our server?

The person who claimed the page has access to reset stats either as a whole or individually.

The Person that owns this profile is me, Jerry Edwards. Noone else has access to my profile on GameTracker.. What do you mean by claimed the page??? I am the one the uses this account.. The stats are kept by Gametracker. Is there any way to reinstate it or go back a week ago and see that I had 451K points on the Dethklok server and put it back into the stat system??? I did not reset the stats, I would not have done that.. This is my claim to fame, I would have never done that.. I do not even know how it happened... Isnt there anything you can do to reinstate the stats from a week ago, even a few days ago cause this just happened like 3 days ago now..

If you look on the server page, you can see that sup375 has claimed the page. You need to ask him or her why he/she reset your stats.

We are unable to recover permanently removed data.
