My server is not getting scanned and when i click on update parameters it says could not scan server. My hosting rest all servers are successfully running without any problem on GT yet my server is down for GT. Kindly help to again start its tracking.
I asked my hoster about it he has said all the rest svs are properly running without any issues. Kindly contact GT for the problem.
