Is this server even online? If so, please make sure the query port is open in your firewall.

If you need to adjust the query port, you can do so on http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/64.31.13.68:2302

I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

Yeah it is online just seems port won't scan server I did try few of the ports no luck could be my node I'll get tech team to have look. What's strange is server shows in the DayZ Launcher with no issues.

Hello,

I am having a similar issue. I added "steamport =8766; steamqueryport =27016;" to my server.cfg and unblocked those udp / tcp ports and I get a message saying "could not scan server"

I have also tried changing the query port to 2317 (connect port being 2316) and I get the same results.

Seems this is error on my host side it's trying to run two of the same servers causing conflict with ports it still works fins just causing conflict in my server node.

@xprolithium I would recheck your firewall and port settings I had this issue before on private test server ended up been I left tcp only open not both udp/tcp also try use 2302 as main port then query 2303

I know my firewall isn't blocking those ports because we have our firewall disabled on our server box. As for the port being 2302 and query 2303, it doesn't matter whether it's 2302 / 2303 or 2316 / 2317.
