I can claim the server then remove it from gametracker and add it back to gametrack seems to fix everything for our server 1 but lost our rankings I need someone from gametracker to help me.

If you need to change the join port, you must delete and re-add it.

If you need to change the query port, you can change it on http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/74.201.57.31:2173/manage/ when the server is listed as down.

I don't want to delete the server but when i fixed the query port i put the wrong joining port. The server info will not update even if it can query the server it has a new hostname and would not like to loose the rankings.

There is currently no feature for you to change the join port of a page, hence my suggestion that you delete and re-add it.

I'm sorry that the server has been on the site for over a month with the wrong join port, but you should be happy to know that rank only looks at a week of data so it won't take long to get back.
