So randomly my server will all say it's offline on gametracker when it is really still up. I am not sure why it's cutting off on gametracker but I do have my server query mode on. The most concerning thing about this is my server has went down in rank by a considerable amount on gametracker for no reason.
This is the server: http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/69.197.166.132:25565/ The settings are correct it seems to be a problem on your end all of the other sites I use to track my server status never say it's offline.(unless it is actually down) Example: http://minecraft-mp.com/server-s29886 |

This is not a bug, since your server is not responding to the query.
Here are a handful of ideas for you: 1. You confirmed your server is up-to-date. 2. You confirmed your server is not running any query plugins, like minequery. 3. The query port is correct. 4. You've opened the query port in any network software (firewall, router) for TCP/UDP. 5. You've setup your server.properties/. 6. You've tried without mods that are known to break the server query, namely MCPC+ and bungeecord. 7. You've confirmed you are not blocking GT: 208.167.241.190 208.167.241.185 208.167.241.186 208.167.241.183 208.167.241.189 108.61.78.147 108.61.78.148 108.61.78.149 108.61.78.150 GameTracker will not use non-standard query protocols or join your minecraft servers like a couple sites do. This is why most scanners will fail to find your server. ![]()

I have stopped using gametracker to track my minecraft if you aren't actually look into why it doesn't work I would rather use one that does. Why does every company have to be on their high horse when it comes to issues like this it's really lame.

Hi,
I told you why it wasn't working "your server is not responding to the query." I then went ahead and gave you as many suggestions as I can come up with, as there is nothing we can do on our end until your server responds to the query. Would you please let us know how we can improve? Please though keep in mind that we are unable to directly manage your server to help you fix it. ![]() |
