I get this when I try to add it as a favourite to get the banner,

I had this same issue before, but somehow I fixed it. Also my server is hosted by a company, not me. Ive also tried the suggested port of 27516

How do I find the query port?

If your server is not up-to-date, please update it.

You may need to get in touch with your provider to make sure the query port is open in the firewall.

Once you've verified everything on their end, feel free to post the query port here if you'd like me to double check.
