Hi Guys
We currently have a cs:go server 197.189.241.234, port 27000 & query port 27000.

The server shows that it is live but then it is unable to scan and reverts to showing that the server is dead.

We have whitelisted the gametracker IP's as shown in a previous support ticket.

If you can advise that would be greatly appreciated.

If it's still a problem, which it doesn't seem to be, you will also want to remove the scanner IPs from your blocklist. Specifically, 108.61.78.147 would likely be having issues reaching your server.
