Hey.. My server has been showing as dead for several days now, and it's not. Nothing has changed configuration-wise since the server was listed on here.. Please look into it when you can, thanks

Here are my cumulative suggestions I typically provide for minecraft:
1. You confirmed your server is up-to-date. 2. You confirmed your server is not running any query plugins, like minequery. 3. The query port is correct. 4. You've opened the query port in any network software (firewall, router) for TCP/UDP. 5. You've setup your server.properties. 6. You've tried without mods that are known to break the server query, namely MCPC+ and bungeecord. 7. You've confirmed you are not blocking GT: 208.167.241.190 208.167.241.185 208.167.241.186 208.167.241.183 208.167.241.189 108.61.78.147 108.61.78.148 108.61.78.149 108.61.78.150 ![]() |

Nope, none of those apply.. I am running 1.7.9, and updating that version is the only thing that's changed in months (literally), and 1.7.9 has been out for awhile, it wasn't like just done.. That's what made me decide to post - It's been working flawlessly forever, and nothing changed. Waited a couple days, even restarted the server to see if it was just a bug/glitch in the system.. It is a hosted server, and I checked with the host to ensure they didn't change anything in the last couple days as well. I did note it started about 2-3 days ago, if that helps.

When you're server starts responding to the query, we can determine if it is some GT bug. However, we cannot test anything when we are not receiving a response from your server.

Okay, this is what my host is telling me:
Hello Dave, After further investigation we have come to the conclusion that everything is working well on our end and it seems the query port is registering correctly. I would recommend investigating it more on their end and see what you can come out with. Best Regards, Tyler DeMarco - MCProHosting Support Representative |

If you need to change the query port, you can do so on:
http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/209.188.4.34:26028/manage/ Again note, we won't be able to do much on our end until the server actually responds to the query. I've already tried multiple query protocols, multiple query ports, and multiple scanning websites. Nothing has had any luck, so I'm not sure where he was testing that scanned your server successfully. ![]() |
