Heya.
I'm the owner of this server http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/198.89.127.100:21025/ Ranked 6 on Starbound right now. However i got into a problem that port 21025 fails to often to external queries, what i fixed on query port 21024. (it is online now but displays offline) Isn't it possible to change the query port to 21024 without create a new server loosing our rank? Thanks |

It's working fine right now on 21025.
Does starbound allow to you configure the query port to something different than the join port? Currently, the system does not allow different join and query ports for the game, but this can be adjusted if you point me to information on how the query port can be changed. If by getting query port 20124, you also changed the join port, then no you would not be able to update your server to it. You'd have to re-add it in that case. ![]() |

burn wrote: When we use one proxy, that run on 21025, starbound must run on 21024, that's why i want to change the query to 21024, because proxy deals badly with UDP query (stops working after 1/2h), what doesn't happen on main server running on 21024. So if it allows to join port to be 21025 and gametracker goes query 21024, there should be no issues.

Please allow Query port on Starbound, only way to display it as online now is put the join port as 21024 but that will refuse all connections to it because the join port is 21025. =/

Hello, i see that i can add the server back with a different query port, however we had a crash and when i go to the page when the server cannot be scanned to update scanning so it displays on again, says server ports does not math.

When you turn your server back online, you can either wait for GT to see it as online again or I can update the query port for you.
