my server changed ip and i didnt had the chance to claim it
please migrate the ranking of Game:Garry's Mod Server name: Darky's PropHUNT 144.76.196.74:27095 to Game:Garry's Mod Server name: Darky's PropHUNT 5.196.76.29:27095 |

You won't be able to do this unless you can turn the old server back on.

Setup a DNS address on the old server page in the area where you manage the page at. Point the IP of the DNS to the new server IP.
