My server shows dead

Hi,

My server shows dead in gametracker, but it's running fine.
There are players online at this moment even.

I try search in files, and even our host tried to fix it.
But still gametracker can't scan or anything our server.

What should I do?
Any specific settings in my serverfiles I have to check?

Server IP: 85.17.208.73
Server Port: 10580

Is 10583 the correct query port for your SWAT server? If not, you can update it on http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/85.17.208.73:10580/manage/

Are you allowing TCP/UDP traffic on port 10583 (or whatever the correct query port is)?

Querylistenport is in files 10851.
But that doesn't scan also. Nothing scans.
And what u mean with your second question?
We rent our server by a host.

10583 was set before, and then it worked perfect.
Suddenly it was dead.
Do you have something, like a guideline so I can check if the files are correct?

As long as the server is up and running on that IP, port, and query port, your server configuration is fine. It is most likely a firewall issue, which your provider may need to look at for you.

Still the same...
Firewall doesn't block, bLAN on false and query port is correct.

We have a number of tips for minecraft servers in a number of other topics:

We have guides for games that require some sort of configuration for query setup. We do not make up guides for games that don't have any specific setup requirements to enable query.
