This server 74.91.115.126:27015, would be named =Nightmare Fuel=. my other server which would be 216.52.148.235:27015 also shows randomly offline.

We have a guide on what you need to set http://www.gametracker.com/games/csgo/forum.php?thread=91691
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

the settings were set. and there is still no change. i spent 2 days talking to customer support from my server provider, no luck. sometimes the servers will show up (lacking player stats 100% of the time) sometimes both are "alive" according to GT most of the time GT only shows one or the other as being up. and it still never shows any player stats on the graph. ever

Players have been reporting on your server since the time of your post. I am not quite sure what is not working about that.

Gametracker would be unable fill past activity because your server never provided GameTracker the proper player information in the past.

I'd imagine so. If it does show offline, it may be because your server is actually offline or perhaps your server is temporarily blocking the GT scanners.

You have not provided much of any information as to what you did to solve it. With that in mind, it is rather difficult for me to speculate the specific thing you did that solved it.
