Migrate statistics or use a DNS.

If you have a WebAddress (ie, www.example.com) you could point the address 'game.example.com' to your IP, so all you have to do is change the address 'game.example.com' points to.

But if you prefer a more... manual way around it.. Then you can Migrate Statistics.

Add your new server to GameTracker, Claim it, then on new server GT page goto "Manage", look for "Migrate" select the old server and then Migrate statistics... it will take all history from old server, and put it onto the new server page, leaving the old server with no player stats (starting from nothing again).

If you are closing old server, once the migration is done, you can manually remove it off GT, under it's GT Manage Page, or just wait until GT automatically removes it due to inactivity (probably 2 week).
