For a Rust stats plugin I need a gametracker server ID.. I can't find it at my server page. The next code is used to get the ID:

$gsid = ''; // Enter your servers gameserver ID# - this number is found in the URL of your servers detail page at www.gametracker.com

Where can I get that gameserver ID#?

GameTracker banners do not require you to use some sort of id. You can find the format for GameTracker banner codes by clicking on the banner that looks like this on the server page:
