the server owner (Dingman) early this morning registered the server 173.199.103.246:30000 but our screenshots still dont show up.
when I click on the pb button i get this message:

Please Note: Only servers from GameServers.com currently support direct updating of PB Screenshots and Screenshot recording must be enabled.

Step 1. Log into my.gameservers.com
Step 2. Click [Mods] button next to your server
Step 3. Click [install] next to "Enable Punkbuster Screenshots "

in gameserver there is no enable punkbuster screenshots button

also back to gametracker after i click on the screenshots button and get that above message I then click on download all images button
new web page opens with this error message:
"Unknown server"

so looks to me like gametracker dosent see my server.

how can we fix this?

In gameservers I beleave all my .cfg's have the proper statements.

GameServers (GameTracker's parent organization) has always handled screenshot collection problems directly. Please submit a support ticket from your members area if you are having trouble setting up screenshots.
