Why is mine server reset rank?What is the problem?

Rank gets reset when the page owner uses the DERANK SERVER option on the manage page. Rank can also get reset when a GT admin deranks the server, but that wouldn't have been the case unless see a ranking error on the page or have already had a successful appeal to rerank it.

You clicking the DERANK SERVER button on the server page removes your server from the ranking in the event that you don't want to compete on ranking.

We are not able to revert ranking to prior to you resetting your own rank. Luckily, rank only looks at a week of data so it won't take long to recover from your mistake.
