I have just noticed that our server has dissapeared from GT .
http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/89.44.246.101:27015/ .
I have added it back but i don't get back our old/curren player stats.
We don't care about global rankings but we do care about player ranks.
Please let me know what happened and if this can be fixed.

Servers can be deleted in the following cases:

1. Server was automatically removed after extended downtime
2. Server was manually removed by you or any user who has the ability to claim it
3. Server was banned from the site http://www.gametracker.com/forums/forum.php?site=1&thread=75205
4. Server was deleted due to minor abuse

We are not able to recover any stats that have been permanently removed. It is your responsibility to rectify any of the underlying issues that may have caused one of those.

You can answer the following questions to determine the issue:
1. Did you experience a lot of downtime? If not, cross out number 1.
2. When you re-add it, do you get a message that it is banned? If not, cross out number 3.
3. Have you been abusing any features on the page, like repeatedly placing your flag across the world or posting illegal content? If not, cross out number 4.

If you crossed out those three, either you or a user with admin access to your server deleted the page.

Hello ,

1 - Our server didn't had any downtime bigger than 30 seconds .. maybe 2/month
2 - When server was re-added i didn't get any message except the normal * Claim it * one .
3 - All we did was to request the server page with PHP to extract some basic player info like these :

* Player rank on server
* Played minutes
* Efficiency

Info was collected from a page like this : ( PLAYERNAME_HERE is just to replace a player name )

If this may lead to any minor abuse from our side please understand that there are many plugins that are actualy loading entire GT player page on cstrike's motd .. we just tried to make it more professional.

Page was accessed by our website and not by server and has been visible on server on a simple motd called with /rank or /stats command .

The only one who could had the page deleted was me but i didn't .
