The fact that I changed the hosting server ip and naturally. How can I move the rank and statistics of players to the new server?

There are two options available: the migrate stats button or the DNS feature.

To use the migrate stats feature to just move player stats, you should:
1. Claim both server pages
2. Go to the OLD server page
3. Locate the Migrate Stats button in the Manage area and select the server you want to move stats to.

This will move stats, but not rank, to the new server.

To use the DNS feature to move stats and rank, you should:
1. Claim the old server page
2. Go to the manage area on the old page.
3. Enter your DNS address in the DNS option.
4. Change the IP the DNS points to to the new one when you are ready.

When GT detects an IP change, it will change the IP of the page. Note that the new server needs to be on the same join port for this to work.

There is additional information in the (?) bubble next to each. You should only use one of these features so that your stats don't get lost.

my had to be changed several times already and I didn't know it's possible to transfer the stats. Is it possible to still transfer the files of a server that is not listed anymore, or are the statistics deleted and lost?
