Problem claim manager

I can not claim the server has a different hostname and give you claim tells me to put the hostname "GameTrackerClaimServer" and do not claim I can give it occurs erroare "Gametracker could not scan a server on that port.

One of the following suggestions may help you:

Your server is currently offline.
GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can claim ownership.
Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting CLAIM SERVER again.

Your server is firewalled.
Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning

If you are still unable to claim your server, you can visit the Gameracker.com forums to get additional help"

You seem to have turned your server back online, per the recommendation. You should be now able to change your name to the indicated name and claim ownership.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

The server is online, I set hostname command in console amx_cvar "GameTrackerClaimServer" go on give it gametraker.com claim and says that the server is off can not be scanned.

Are you sure? You actually managed to claim it.
