TeamSpeak 3 Scans crashed
Nov 09, 2014 12:54 PM
Hello all !

I've recently seen that GameTracker has stopped to scan my 3 TS Servers.
All servers are online, query port is ok and all GT's addresses are in Query Whitelist.

Last scan : 09 November 2014 <18:25:20> (UTC+1)
Seen offline 15 minutes later.
Impossible to fix it by server's manage page.

What is the problem ?

I don't see any of the three servers in your favorites as responding to queries on 10011, 10012, or 10013.

Typically, the problem fits into one of these:

1. The server(s) are not online.
2. They are not actually running on those ports.
3. The firewall is not actually allowing traffic.

You may want to try temporarily disabling your firewall then hit the "Update Scanning Parameters" to see if GT is able to reach your server.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

All TS are online i'm now connected on.
All Queries respond i've 1 bot per query port connected on too and I continue to receive some queries requests from other sites.
Firewall doesn't block traffic, I haven't modify it and, as I have said, it stopped to work suddenly.
