you login and go to the home page which is your player profile page and click on "Servers" then add the IP + RCON Password + Game Type. VOILAH. Game Server is Claimed. INSTANTLY. it takes a minute or 2 for the Website to verify the RCON password is correct and it makes sure by auto executing a RCON command....... etc.
