The GameTracker suddenly stopped showing my online servers, however I have all the ips released GameTracker and accuses nothing in my firewall is blocking it, there is some new IP or something?

All allowed on firewall:

208.167.241.190
208.167.241.185
208.167.241.186
208.167.241.183
208.167.241.189
108.61.78.147
108.61.78.148
108.61.78.149
108.61.78.150

Just got back today and one offline, but after a few minutes the other also went offline and then another.

Thank you.

The servers on 191.255.246.163 are constantly timing out. You may want to look into upgrading the network so people can play on it and GT can consistently reach it.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

Everything is normal, no customer complaining and be checked here is really normal pings are low and no timeout.

When trying to manage the servers, GameTracker site says he can not give scan, but server is normal.

Thanks for help.

Unfortunately taking a minute or more (if it even responds) to respond to the query is too long. The GT developers will not increase the time out to account for terribly slow servers.

I'm glad it's working perfectly in Brazil only, but keep in mind GT scans servers from the US. There are a number free services that can help point out issues by running tracerts:

Burn Sorry, I was not thinking that my topic.

So, my servers are normal, low ping and everything, I used this site to your ping test and received the resulting testing in US.

Server Location: United States, Texas, Dallas

Min RTT: 139.984

Avg RTT: 140.261

Max RTT: 140.538

Result: OK

Even other servers that have in Brazil and are working.

Thanks for help.

The tracert feature would likely be more useful...

Sounds good. Feel free to let me know if you have any further questions after having your network administrator resolve the issue.

Keep in mind GameTracker does not provide network administration consulting services.

So my 3 IPs use the same network, and only 1 show online on GameTracker, have some extra IP from GameTracker if I have to release on my firewall?

Here everything is normal.

I get the error that it is not possible to scan on my servers.

Thanks.
