Hey, it shows that players are 0/8 on my server and it's named "Crew.sk server".. i already renamed it to claim the server, but it still shows it's named crew.sk server.. btw my server has 16 slots, not 8..

What should i do?

Difficult to help with very little information, but that's typically due to not having the correct query port.

How can i change the query port if i haven't claimed it yet?

If you've not claimed it, you could only update it via the claim page if it is down. If it's still up, you'd need an admin to adjust it.
