Hi,
Our server had to change IP, (host moved us to better eqpt) but because I'm new to GT I didn't know that we would have to claim the server and mess about with the DNS stuff.. As we can no longer access the old server (its gone) and we didnt "claim" the server on here... how can we change the details over please? In your instance, you wouldn't be able to prove you own the old server by claiming it. To prevent the issue in the future, please claim the new server.

Yes, but you joined GameTracker in 2009 so it's irrelevant to you.
