Gametracker could not scan the server.

This Comes when i add my server in to gametracker although my all ports are forwarded still i cant add my cs 1.6 server in gametracker. i tried adding different game servers with the same ip and it was added . only my cs 1.6 server is not adding .. my server ip is:-122.129.80.78:27015 Please Help Me

Your server is not responding on that port, and your TS3 server stopped responding.

I would recommend reviewing your network to ensure that none of the following IPs got blocked:

208.167.241.190
208.167.241.185
208.167.241.186
108.61.78.147
108.61.78.148
108.61.78.149
108.61.78.150

You may also need to review your firewall configuration to ensure you properly opened 27015.

But everyone can connect on the server with that port and my firewall is disabled. How can I check that gametracker ip's are block on my network and how to allow them?

That would depend on which router and/or firewall you use. I would recommend consulting the documentation that came with it.
