Recently we changed our IP, and also I claimed the new IP. my server rank was 880
http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/182.18.182.23:27095/ I want to transfer this rank to new server IP. my new server port same as before. I heard through DNS I can only able to transfer and I didn't set DNS before to my old IP And My old server ip is down ! 1. How to set DNS in old server IP ?? 2. After setting DNS in OLD server, how to transfer server rank to my new server IP ??

You set the DNS on the Manage page of the old server
You then change the IP the DNS points to.

You'd do this at your domain registrar (or a dns service, if you use one). We do not have any guides on that.
