Yes, as you know you cannot steal another page's address. You'd have to come up with your own.

i made this request because i saw that gametracker helped others before to get their clan page like domain name !what clan page do you want me to create if i own www.cspro.ro, cspro and csproro not available !?Let site owners to claim their clan page like servers or do you want me to name may gametracker clan page after other cs community !!!???

If you own full legal rights to the text, have your lawyers submit an infringement claim. If you don't, you shouldn't try to censor or dictate the speech of others.
