I just changed to a new host and i want to change my server rank from my old server to the new one can you do that?

Rank can only be transfer via the DNS feature. To use the DNS feature, go to the original server and enter your DNS on it. When you're ready to make the switch, point the DNS to the new server. More information is included in the Help text next to that feature.

What about moving player stats?

I tried moving the player stats already but I did the wrong server (I did it to the new server and I thought it would move them from the old server to this server but it moved the player stats from the new server to the old server and removed all the old server player stats ) So i lost like 3-4 thousand player stats :/ Can you recover them? It took like 4+ months to get that.

Player stats would move along with rank if the DNS was used.

If you just migrated stats instead, you'd go from the old server page then select which server you want to send these stats to. There's not a feature available to you to undo it at this time.

Could a staff member undo it?
