GameTracker SAYS Server is offline/dead, but is really Online/working.

Server status says offline through GameTracker, is really online on Master Server List in game.
ALSO Can't claim the Server Manager position due to it also being read as offline.
I would like to have it showing back up as Online and to also to claim the Server Manager position.
Help would be greatly appreciated!
