I have buy a Dedicated Server in G-Portal.de and i have install gameserver on this! But when i will but the gameserver in gametracker i have this problem!


Gametracker could not scan the server.
One of the following suggestions may help you:

Your server is currently offline.
GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again.
You entered the wrong query port.
Please update your query port and hit scan again
Your server is firewalled.
Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning or whitelist the gametracker scanning IP addresses:
208.167.225.11
208.167.225.12
208.167.225.13
108.61.78.147
108.61.78.148
108.61.78.149
108.61.78.150

Pls can you help me?

Hello,

I would recommend contacting the provider you mentioned. They will be able to help you open the firewall so GameTracker is not blocked from scanning the server.

the ip from the root server is 193.192.59.209

and the gameserver ip is : 193.192.59.209:27015

i have say this my provider and he say the firewall is open for all ip's!

Hello,

I would recommend recontacting them and suggest they actually test scanning for you. Point them to the HLSW tool at http://www.hlsw.org/ and they will see that the server cannot be scanned.

Unfortunately if GT is not receiving any data back, there will be nothing to show.

I am glad you were able to resolve the scanning issue as I am now able to scan it on HLSW. Good to hear.

After further examnation, unfortunately, due to abuse from this server box, I do not think this server will be able to be scanned on the site.

but i have buy the Root-Server new in G-Portal! i have installed first the gameserver! can you add pls the root-server ip in the whitelist?
