Yes, DNS would be the only way to transfer rank from one server to another. In order to use the DNS feature, both servers need be on the same port. We are not willing to do this for you or fake your rank.

What should I do to fix this problem?

To transfer rank,

1. Add DNS to the original server
2. Point the DNS's IP to the new server
3. Wait for GT to update the page

You haven't claimed the new server per the instructions in the DNS option.

We wouldn't be willing to fudge any rank on your new server.
