My server status appears as "Dead" but is not.
The IP and port are ok and I tested it with HLSW and the status is reported correctly. |

If you're able to hit Update Scanning Parameters and it scans again, then it goes back offline shortly after, you are most likely blocking one or more of the following IPs:
208.167.241.190 208.167.241.185 208.167.241.186 208.167.241.183 208.167.241.189 108.61.78.147 108.61.78.148 108.61.78.149 108.61.78.150
