According to the Gametracker page for my server it cannot be queried, we have now slipped from 15th place this month to 314th place.
I have checked/re-confirmed the Query port and IP, I have also tried resetting the server. Both to no positive outcome. It seems like it could be a firewall problem. Can you double check your firewall and ensure you are allowing traffic on that port?
