Hello,
My L4D2 server is online and GT shows it alive, but it has not been scanned for more than 1 hour. https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/108.62.157.147:27015/ Checking the other top-ranked L4D2 servers around the world shows that they've not been scanned for 3+ hours. Has the GT scanning frequency been changed or is there a problem with your scanning? Thank you, Patriot Games |

The scanning frequency is still the same. GT will extend periods between scans when the server is not able to be scanned. When your server comes back on, it should scan again shortly thereafter.
