A colleague of ours created a GameTracker.com account and, no matter what they try, are not receiving an activation email. (correct email was entered during registration).

The username they signed up with is now in the system but upon trying to log in they get a message prompt saying, "Invalid Accout".


What can they do to get their account activated?

We can activate it if we know the username.
