Hi,
we have problem with our old server "technical problem with the server due the host vilayer & they give us another one" If it possible please to transfer our rank from old one to the new Thx |

The only way to move rank is to make use of the DNS feature. To use the DNS feature, go to the old server and enter your DNS. When you want to switch it over, point the DNS to the new IP and wait for GT to detect the change.
This method will only work if the servers have the same ports. If the new server is already on the website, you will need to claim it before it will replace the page. ![]() |

i add a dns name & point it in the new server yesterday but nothing happen still have the new rank

As stated, you would need to point the DNS to the new address. If you actually did that, you'll need to give it enough time to propagate so the rest of the internet knows it changed.
