My server not scanning ever since this webpage went through some updates, http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/173.199.99.65:3074/
At times shows its offline

What updates did you make on your end that you are speaking of?
And when does it show as offline, as it is not offline at the moment?

No changes was done and only happens when people start going into the server seems to start causing issues with the scanning
