I was wondering if someone could help me with my teamspeak private server and get on gametracker?

I have tried so many things now and i dont know what to do now.

I need someone to help me via teamviewer.

When you've setup permissions, you can add it on

http://www.gametracker.com/servers/

If it fails, you'll need to double check your firewall settings to make sure the query port is open.

If I cant remember the password and login name, then what do I do?

I think my only problem now is login and password and to allow the server to get permission to gametracker. Where do I do that?

I know where on a client but now on a server.

If you cannot access your TeamSpeak server, I suggest contacting your host to see if they can assist you getting back on without re-installing the server. Once you get on, the instructions for permissions were included above.

I host my own private server. I dont have a txt file where I can find my information in.

Now i have started all over again and have serveradmin and password. But it still fails to add it to gametracker.

I still keeps saying this..

One of the following suggestions may help you: Your server is currently offline.
GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again.

You entered the wrong query port.
Please update your query port and hit scan again

Your server is firewalled.
Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning or whitelist the gametracker scanning IP addresses:

I have figured out what the problem was. I dont have a static ip. So therefore I cant add it to gametracker.

Is there an alternative solution I can do, so it will be possible to add it to gametracker without a static ip?

If you are not added the correct IP, that is true that it would not work.

To use a dynamic IP address and not need to re-add it each time, you'd need to set up a DNS address. To do so, you would 1) add the server by IP 2) claim it 3) enter your DNS address. Now to update the IP of the page, you change the IP the DNS points to which can be done manually at your DNS host, or it may be possible to use a DNS client to auto-detect the change in IP.
