Hello. I have two games running on a server. Sniper Elite 3 and Insurgency. The SE3 game is showing fine and scans and so did the Insurgency one. But I had a power outage and since then Insurgency won't scan but is ok. I can connect to the game and find it no problem but can't get it to scan and show that it is live. Not sure what to do. Thanks in advance.

You don't appear to have posted a link to any server, but it is probably safe to assume something in your firewall is blocking the port GT is trying to query on (the query port).

oops sorry Insurgency 108.175.94.127:27020. I have the ports forwarded. Just not sure why the SE3 game 108.175.94.127:27012 shows up fine. Thanks again. I will double check the ports.

Fixed. Thank you for your time. It was the port being blocked.
