We are going to ask nicely again that you guys do not repeatedly open new topics on the issue on your end, so we do not need to ban more accounts.

Beyond suggesting firewall issues and to turn the server back online, we don't have any other suggestions for CS. When the server is not responding & not joinable, we can't do much to give you a reason. If restarting, reinstalling, checking the network, etc do not work, we cannot do anything.

BURN,answer me about one more question. Ok,so our server shuts down sometimes but max 2 times in a day,but when it's turned on Gametracker.com- still doesn't show that it is turned on - is that a firewall problem too ??

It seems rather unlikely that someone would hack your dedicated server and specifically block traffic from that port. If you think that is a possibility, feel free to check it out...

A game server turning off and on is probably not related to a firewall. That's probably just a poor game server provider.
