Hi, i was trying to add KF2 server ( 104.153.105.52:7777 ) to gametracker but getting this message

Gametracker could not scan the server.
One of the following suggestions may help you:

Your server is currently offline.
GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again.
You entered the wrong query port.
Please update your query port and hit scan again
Your server is firewalled.
Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning or whitelist the gametracker scanning IP addresses:

208.167.241.183
208.167.241.189
108.61.78.147
108.61.78.148
108.61.78.149
108.61.78.150

just want to point out server is online and also the IP and ports were added there correctly.

Contacted the server provider (NFO)and asked them about the firewall and they said
"There shouldn't be anything on our side blocking it, you might want to try contacting gametracker support for this."

But can't see "Support button" anywhere on gamtracker page, so just asking here if anyone is able to help,

Can you please turn the server online?

If it is actually online, your server provider may not be providing you with the correct query port. Can you double check the proper query port?

Hi, yea the serever is online the whole time, it shows ingame in server browser and people playing on it just fine

I just tried to add it, and it did not add. I tried manually scanning it through HLSW and it would not respond.

yea its all ok now, they gave me wrong query port the first time
