Hi, I´ve changed the ports of Servers, as title says is it possible to migrate rank to the Servers with new ports? or edit the ports of the current Servers?

The only way to move rank from one page to another is to make use of the DNS feature. To use the DNS feature, the ports must remain the same. There is no feature to manually adjust the Join port of a page, though you can adjust the query port when the server is down.

Assuming so based on your description.
However, you can probably use the Migrate Stats feature to move the historical player stats. To use this, go to the original server you claimed, select the server to move it to, then move.
