I am having a new server IP 89.44.246.178.27015

When i claim sever it show me change your Server name as "GameTrackerClaimServer"

I change to it now he says close all firewall or Start your server.

Now I am not able to understand what to do plz plz need your help

If your server is not online, yes you need to turn it back online for GT to be able to scan it.

If your server firewall is blocking traffic, yes you need to open the port in your firewall so it is at least possible for GT to reach your server.

It's not going to work for you if you change the name, turn off the server, then try to claim it.

Where do I find this "open the port in your firewall" plz Admin help me with this :|

We don't help with firewalls, but you should be able to find help in any documentation for the software.
