Please open port 27015 in your firewall so it is actually possible to reach the server.

Thank you for following my instructions and fixing the issue on your end!
I went ahead and did the work or you by hitting the "Update Scanning Parameters" button available to you to get it to start scanning again. If it goes down shortly after, this is very clear evidence that you added one or more of the scanner IPs to your block list. Good luck.
