Server is being successfully scanned (keeps updating list of connected users) but is still listed as offline. No other trackers are having any trouble and nor are my users.

Sorry burn, I posted my own profile by mistake as this is where the problem lies.

I now realize that the server profile is fine (https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/149.202.32.49:9987/) but the server banners are not (https://www.gametracker.com/orbitalnetwork/). The banner at the bottom of that page is saying offline. I have tried clearing cache and my friends are seeing the same status.

Update: The server banners on the server profile page work. So I guess there is just something wrong with the banner on the user profile page.

There are no server banners on your user profile. It shows your status on GT Lite or linked nick names, I'm not sure if it is one or the other or both.

Yeah, I guess it's meant to be my online status (just confusing as my username is the same as the server name). Either way it doesn't update when I'm online either. http://i.snag.gy/PzFcT.jpg
