I can not add to our server GameTracker , Why not? there is always this message when entering the IP and port . GameTracker COULD NOT SCAN THE SERVER . what can I do ?

What's the query port and is that port open in the firewall?

Game Port Query Port
ARK: Survival Evolved 27015 27016 yes its Open in the Firewall |

No server exists at query port 27016, but one does at 27015. As long as you enter the correct information and the port is open, it will work.

Unfortunately it does not work , I always get the same message , that will not do it . ,

Well are you entering information where a server exists? ie. 94.249.254.50:7777:27015
or are you entering where one does not exist? ie. 94.249.254.50:7777:27016
